Our organization is known worldwide for its proven effectiveness in self defense. We teach realistic self defense and life skills utilizing principles of Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Boxing, Wrestling, and Kung Fu. Dont be fooled by imitators. We are the only official source of instruction for Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu in New England –the most effective and proven form of self defense in the world.

CT Class times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4:00 to 4:45 & 4:45 to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 to 10:00 am.

MA Class times are Tuesday, Thursday 3:45pm and Saturday 3:30pm.
